I qualified as a massage therapist in 2006, and specialised in colonic hydrotherapy in 2009. Over the last 10 years I have been practicing at some of London’s most prestigious clinics, and today I am considered one of top practitioners in the field of colonic hydrotherapy. I opened my private practice in Acton in May 2014. Over the years, I have helped thousands of people reach new levels of health and vibrancy. Having overcome my own health challenges through embracing the detox lifestyle, I am a big believer in naturopathic medicine, and dedicated to educating and empowering people to take charge of their wellbeing through regular natural health maintenance, correct nutrition and lifestyle adjustments. I am also a massage therapist extraordinaire.

COLONIC HYDROTHERAPY 

I have been practicing colonic hydrotherapy since early 2010 and performed over 12000 treatments to date. Regardless of weather you are a colonic ‘virgin’ or a seasoned detoxer, I am likely to give you one of the most mindblowing de-pooping experiences of your lifetime. I  treat colonics as bodywork, so expect to be massaged, bent and twisted into various positions, and learn breathing techniques you never knew existed, all in pursuit of the most complete release. I will also give you homework to do – i.e. supplement and nutritional programme based on your body’s individual needs established during our session, as well as discuss lifestyle adjustments, so that you can achieve longstanding results and become the best possible version of yourself, physically, emotionally and spiritually. 

DEEP TISSUE REMEDIAL MASSAGE 

I have been practicing massage therapy since 2006. My remedial treatments are a highly effective mixture of deep pressure, stretches, gentle postural realignment and calming touch – releasing tension from deep layers of muscle fibres, correcting negative muscular patterns and encouraging body’s natural self-healing mechanisms. They also promote deep relaxation and balance the psyche, delivering ultimate stress-relief. Every treatment is tailor made to suit your needs.

Please note that W3 Holistic operates a 24- HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY. All clients will be required to pay a deposit on booking to the value of 50% of treatment price. In case of late cancellation deposit will not be refunded.
